my husband and i have decided not to rent anymore...WE ARE BUYING A HOUSE! just at the begining of the year we were deciding where to rent next (well, he was). but behind his back, i was searching for homes to buy...finally found some nice ones with a price that we can totally afford. i showed them to him, and wala! he wants to buy a house :) we can't wait for our lease to come to an end in september, and leave rental housing! i will finally be able to do all the interior decoration that i please, and javi will sertainly make a beautiful yard (...he is a landscaper after all)!

...it really lacks curtains, and a lot of other decor...but i just didn't want to spend $$$ on this temporary living arrangement...
